Individual Counselling

50 minutes - $120

For when you're:

  • Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unable to switch off

  • Replaying conversations or worrying about how you’ve come across

  • Carrying guilt or feeling responsible for keeping others happy

  • Struggling to set boundaries without feeling selfish or disrespectful

  • Feeling pulled between your own needs and family or cultural expectations

  • Taking on the emotional load in relationships while others withdraw

  • Feeling stuck, unsure of your direction, or questioning what you really want

  • Comparing yourself to others and feeling like you’re falling behind

  • Wanting to change patterns, but not knowing how

  • Functioning well on the outside, but feeling overwhelmed within

Individual counselling offers a supporting space to slow down and make sense of what you're carrying, especially when things feel overwhelming, stuck, or difficult to untangle on your own.

Together, we work to:

  • Understand the patterns behind your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours

  • Explore the impact of past experiences and relationships

  • Build awareness of your needs, boundaries, and values

  • Develop ways to manage anxiety, overthinking, and emotional overwhelm

  • Move towards a way of living that feels more grounded and aligned

My role is to support you in understanding yourself more deeply, so you can make choices that feel right for you.

Couples Counselling

50 minutes - $180

For couples who are:

  • Struggling to communicate without things escalating or shutting down

  • Feeling stuck in the same patterns or arguments

  • Experiencing emotional distance or disconnection

  • Navigating one partner pursuing while the other withdraws

  • Carrying an unequal emotional or mental load in the relationship

  • Finding it hard to express needs without fear of conflict or misunderstanding

  • Avoiding difficult conversations, leading to ongoing tension

  • Navigating stress related to work, family, or life transitions together

  • Feeling unsure how to reconnect or move forward as a couple

Couples counselling offers a supportive space to slow things down and understand what's happening beneath the surface of your interactions.

Together, we work to:

  • Improve communication and understanding

  • Break unhelpful patterns

  • Explore each partner's needs and experience

  • Rebuild trust, connection, and emotional safety

My role is not to take sides, but to help both of you feel heard, understood, and supported in finding a way forward together.
