In Person Counselling

In-person counselling involves meeting face-to-face with a counsellor in a private, confidential setting. Sessions will take place at the East Brunswick Consulting Suites designed to support emotional safety and focused discussion.​​

Telehealth

Telehealth counselling is the delivery of therapeutic support through Zoom, rather than meeting face-to-face. It offers clients the opportunity to access counselling services from the comfort and privacy of their own home or another safe space.​
